2. Rockhaven Hotel, Bloubergstrand – Development of a 22-bed boutique hotel valued at R90 million.
3. The Granger, Green Point – Development management for a 29 000 m² mixed-use hotel, retail, commercial, and residential project (R1.2 billion).
4. Baronetcy Estate, Plattekloof – Project management for a private residence valued at R70 million.
5. Freeze Dry Coffee Factory, Atlantis – Development of a coffee manufacturing and packing facility (R750 million).
6. De Zwartland Werf, Malmesbury – Development Management and Principal Agent for retail, commercial, residential, and industrial complex.
7. Galleria, Bellville – Mixed-use development (245 000 m²) for residential, retail, and commercial use.
8. Yzerfontein Data Centre – Project management lead for data centre development (halted at SDP approval stage).

10. Cape Town Stadium (2010 FIFA World Cup) – Principal Project Manager for construction of R4.3 billion stadium and R400 million Green Point Common precinct.
11. Bellville Velodrome Redevelopment – Wrote winning tender and led project management for R3.4 billion mixed-use retail, commercial, hotel, and sports precinct.
12. Zandvliet Waste Water Treatment Works & Extensions – Project director for upgrades valued at R300 million.
13. Capewest Gateway, Melkbos/Atlantis – Industrial and airport development concept (R10 billion+).
14. Genadendal Strategic Development Plan – Comprehensive social and economic development plan for town and surroundings.
15. Elim Agricultural Strategic Plan – Agricultural development strategy for the Western Cape town.
16. Swartklip & Bellville South Landfill Sites – Project director for waste site upgrades (R25 million).
